JAM Eateries · Repositioning a 20-year-old restaurant
The problem: a 20-year-old neighborhood institution (Eggspectations) changing its name. Loyal regulars, steady walk-ins, and one real risk: losing the recognition and the continuity of service that kept locals coming back.
The work: a new name and identity (JAM Eateries) that carried the old name's equity, a menu and in-store refresh, a website, and a social campaign that announced the change to the people who already loved the place while giving the brand a fresher look.
The result, in the owners' words: a substantial increase in visibility, customer acquisition and revenue.
SmartParke · Fractional marketing lead through a three-location retail expansion
The problem: a growing company opening three retail spaces, with no marketing infrastructure to support them.
The work: a nine-month engagement as fractional head of marketing, reporting to the CEO. We built the full marketing stack and the data and analytics behind it, then worked on site with their teams to implement everything from marketing and strategy to point of sale.
The result, from the CEO: a plan that addressed near-term needs, executed with them, and a team they intend to work with again.
