Paige Marie Ensor
Hi, I'm Paige. I'm the Growth Engineering & GTM Lead at the AI Alliance, the open-source AI consortium co-founded by IBM and Meta, through my consultancy, MARQUP. Based in Maryland, formerly New York.
Before that, IBM, 2018 to 2025: campaign manager, corporate strategist, Chief of Staff for a 1,000-person, $400M organization, and product manager in IBM Research, where I led go-to-market for the Quantum Roadmap and the Technology Atlas. Atlas opened the CEO and Chairman's Think keynote three years running. University of Colorado Boulder, honors, top 5% of class. IBM Recognized Speaker.
Other things: competitive equestrian · avid skier · first-generation American · Semester at Sea alum and former board member · IBM Thought Leader, including Cannes Lions
Boards: Board of Directors, Institute for Shipboard Education (2023 to 2025) · Technology Atlas presented to IBM's Board of Directors · regular presentations to the SmartParke board through a nine-month engagement · advisor to the AEF (ANA Educational Foundation) board
Hands-on
For Semiont, the AI Alliance's open-source knowledge platform for human and agent teams, I stood up the full stack locally (backend, frontend, Ollama with gpt-oss:20b, Neo4j, Qdrant, Postgres), worked the CLI end to end, and filed a five-issue bug report against v0.4.18: two failures traced to the commit that fixes them, one flag mismatch, one undocumented endpoint, one by-design flag, and the REST workaround. The report went to the executive director and the engineering leads. Tools: Python, Docker, Ollama, local LLM deployment and evaluation.
